1.Product Description
Enhanced Composites angles are manufactured from 100% carbon fiber using a combination of woven and multidirectional pre-preg fabric, to produce an attractive and extremely strong 90 degree angle. Sections are manufactured with an A finish on both sides which is 100% void and pinhole free, ideal for everything from model making to structural applications for every industry. All our angles are cured at 120 degrees C in autoclave to produce a heat and chemical resistant product, ideal for even the most extreme environments. Enhanced Composites angles are finished with a classic final layer of 2×2 twill weave carbon fiber and UV stable matte finish.
The woven carbon fiber reinforcement used to make the angles provides strength both longitudinally and also transversely, making them suitable for structural applications with loads in either direction including brackets, braces and frames. The smooth, woven carbon fiber appearance of the angles also makes them suitable for cosmetic or decorative applications such as capping sections for boxes, equipment and exhibition or display use.

5.How to Cut and Shape
They can be cut with a fine band saw, hacksaw, or dremel tool. Enhanced Composites roll wrap carbon fiber tubes are manufactured using an epoxy matrix, therefore they will easily bond with other epoxy resins.

1.How Do I Prepare The Carbon Surface For Painting?
Many people prefer the natural finish of these carbon products, however if you wish to paint them for your specific application then you can do so. A light key with a fine abrasive paper like a 1200 grit wet and dry paper and a thorough degrease and clean using mild detergent or an alcohol wipe should be all that is needed to prepare the surface for paint.
2.Does The carbon Angle Have A Double A Side?
