What is HDPE Geomembrane?
Geomembrane is a kind of waterproof membrane material with polyethylene as the basic raw material. It is mainly divided into: low-density polyethylene (LDPE) geomembrane, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane and EVA geomembrane. They are a kind of polymer chemical flexible materials with small specific gravity, strong elongation, high adaptability to deformation, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, and good frost resistance.
What are the basic properties of HDPE geomembrane?
1. It does not contain chemical additives and is not heat-treated, and it is an environmentally friendly building material.
2. It has good mechanical properties, good water permeability, and can resist corrosion and aging.
3. It has strong anti-burial and corrosion resistance, fluffy structure, and good drainage performance.
4. It has a good coefficient of friction and tensile strength, and has geotechnical reinforcement properties.
5. It has the functions of isolation, filtration, drainage, protection, stability and strengthening.
6. It can adapt to the uneven base layer, resist the damage of external force in construction, and have small creep.
7. Good overall continuity, light weight and convenient construction.
8. It is a permeable material, with good anti-filtration and isolation function, and strong puncture resistance, so it has good protection performance.
What does HDPE geomembrane do?
1. HDPE geomembrane is suitable for environmental protection and sanitation: such as landfills, sewage treatment plants, power plant regulating tanks, industrial, hospital solid waste, etc.;
2. HDPE impermeable membrane in municipal engineering: subway, building underground engineering, planting roof, roof garden, sewage pipe seepage;
3. HDPE geomembrane is suitable for petrochemical: chemical plants, oil refineries, oil storage tanks, chemical reaction tanks, sedimentation tank lining, secondary lining, etc.;
4. HDPE geomembrane is suitable for aquaculture industry: intensive, factory breeding ponds, fish ponds, shrimp pond lining, sea cucumber circle slope protection, etc.;
5. High-density polyethylene impermeable membrane is suitable for salt industry: salt field crystallization pool, halogen pool cover, salt film, etc.
