How do you make carbon fiber yarn?

1.Pretreatment

The manufacturing of carbon fiber yarn first requires the pretreatment of carbon fiber, including the removal of surface impurities and the increase of surface activity. This can improve the wettability and bonding strength of carbon fiber and resin.

2.Infiltrate the resin

3.Molding

4.Heat treatment
