1.Product Characteristics
RX-502A-2TM is a solvent-free, low viscosity epoxy resin, low viscosity after mixing with curing agent RX-502B-2TM, it shows good wettability for glass fiber and carbon fiber, and it can be cured at room temperature or medium temperature, and the curing speed is fast;
Low exothermic peaks during curing, long service life, flat cured surface, no bubbles, high hardness;
The cured product has excellent humidity resistance, moisture, water, oil and dust resistance;The cured material has good mechanical properties, excellent chemical resistance, and good sanding and cutting resistance.
Scope of application:
Widely used in vacuum infusion infusion system, applicable to carbon fiber glass fiber molding parts, wind power blades, ship yacht manufacturing, automobile body, etc.;
Any electronic or other products that need potting sealing, encapsulation protection, insulation and moisture-proof can be used.

[Suggested Process]:
1. Vacuum introduction molding process is a process of wrapping and sealing the fiber reinforced material with flexible vacuum bag film on a single-sided rigid mold, using vacuum negative pressure to exclude the gas in the mold cavity, impregnating fibers and their fabrics with resin by driving the flow of resin through the vacuum negative pressure and curing and molding them directly under the condition of room temperature or heating;
2. In winter, when the weather is cold, the epoxy resin A glue can do 30-50 ºC preheating;
3. Strictly according to the proportion of glue, a mixing amount to the actual operation of the site shall prevail, as far as possible in the available time to use up;
4. Before gluing, need to vacuum into the molding products need to be kept dry and clean, laying fiber cloth, guide net, guide tube, vacuum bag membrane and other processes to ensure that the airtightness is good, please if you have the conditions, in a vacuum state (vacuum degree of -0.1MPa) gluing, permeability will be better.
4.Precautions
1. Strictly implement the principle of first-in-first-out; long-term storage of the product will produce separation of components, please use the first full mixing;
2. Make sure the working environment is well ventilated, and wear working clothes, gloves and goggles during manual operation and use to avoid direct contact of resin glue and hardener with skin.
3. Moisture mixing is easy to cause a decline in product characteristics, so please pay attention to sealing when using, once opened, please use as soon as possible;
4. The usable time after mixing A and B has a great relationship with the temperature and mixing amount after mixing, the higher the temperature, the larger the mixing amount, the shorter the usable time, so please determine the mixing temperature and mixing amount according to the site operation.
5. Please wear relevant protective equipment before use, and minimize the direct contact with human body, please read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) in detail before use.
5.Shipping information
Storage and Packaging:
This product needs to be sealed and stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place, the shelf life of the A agent is six months, the shelf life of the B agent is six months, after the expiration of the test, it can be continued to use.
It can be used after passing the test;
Packing specification: 5kg or 20kg/drum for main agent; 5kg or 20kg/drum for curing agent.
