Product Description

1.Product Features
 
This product 502A-72 is a low-viscosity modified epoxy adhesive. After mixing with the modified curing agent 502B-72, it has low viscosity, strong permeability, easy to defoam, and can be cured at medium temperature or heated and pressurized.; 

\During the curing process of the product, the internal stress is small, the exothermic peak is low, the adhesive layer has strong adhesion after curing, the surface is flat and bright, there are no bubbles, and the hardness is high.;
 
After this product is cured, the product is crystal clear, has good gloss, and has excellent transparency, no ripples, and excellent yellowing resistance.;
 
The cured material has good chemical resistance, wear resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, and good grinding resistance, cutting resistance and other properties. 

Scope of application:
  Recommended for carbon fiber molding, vacuum injection molding, automobile carbon fiber accessories, carbon fiber decorative parts, carbon fiber electrical materials and other large-scale molding products, glue filling molding, etc.;

  It can also be applied to the packaging and potting of other hard transparent material products.

4.Recommended process
1. Prepare the following equipment and tools: electronic scales, glue containers, agitators (or vacuum mixing equipment), product molds, etc.;

2. Stir well: weigh the two components A and B of the required glue in a 2:1 weight ratio.For example: If the amount of 3000 grams is configured at a time, then it is 2000 grams of glue A and 1000 grams of glue B. Pour into the container and stir well.;

3. Defoaming: Manual stirring is prone to air bubbles. It is recommended to vacuum and defoam after mixing or pouring the product to obtain a better defoaming effect.;

4. In winter, when the weather is colder, epoxy resin A glue can be preheated at 30-50ºC and then matched with B glue.;

5. Glue is matched strictly according to the weight ratio, and the amount of mixing at a time is subject to the actual operation on site, and it should be used as soon as possible within the available time.

5.Precautions
1. Please make sure that the working environment is well ventilated before use. You must wear overalls, gloves, and goggles during manual operation and use to avoid direct contact with the skin by resin glue and curing agent.;

2. The main agent of this product and the curing agent will begin to react slowly after mixing, and its viscosity will gradually become higher, so please be sure to use it within the usable time to avoid being unusable due to excessive viscosity.;
 
3. The usable time of A and B after mixing has a lot to do with the ambient temperature and mixing amount during mixing. The higher the temperature, the greater the mixing amount, and the shorter the usable time. Therefore, the amount of glue mixed at a time should be flexibly operated and used according to on-site conditions.; 

4. The curing agent 502B-72 is easy to absorb moisture and will absorb moisture from the air to form sediments or crystals in humid weather. Therefore, please cover it tightly immediately after use to avoid deterioration and unavailability.;

 5. The first-in, first-out principle should be strictly implemented. When the glue is temporarily not used or there is still remaining, please seal it immediately to avoid the phenomenon of poor product quality caused by moisture absorption on the surface.;

 6. Please wear relevant protective equipment before use. Direct contact with the human body should be minimized. Please read the Material safety information Sheet (MSDS) in detail before use. Do not touch the skin or eyes. Wash with detergent when touching the skin. If you accidentally touch your eyes, please rinse with water before sending to the doctor for treatment.;

 7. Before using it in large quantities, please try it in small quantities to master the skills of using the product to avoid errors.
 

5.Shipping information

Storage:
 This product needs to be sealed and stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place. The shelf life of agent A is six months, and agent B has a shelf life of six months. It can continue to be used after it has passed the test.;

Packaging:
The packaging specifications are 5 or 20 kg/barrel for the main agent and 5 or 20 kg/barrel for the curing agent; or customized according to customer requirements.
