What is Compound Geomembrane?

Geomembrane is a material used for waterproofing, insulation, and reinforcement, usually made of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, or other synthetic materials. It is widely used in construction, roads, bridges and other projects.

Compound geomembrane is a new type of anti-seepage material with excellent anti-seepage performance, which has certain tensile and elongation characteristics, does not have bending ability, and mostly bears loads through its tensile strength in engineering to play its engineering role. A large number of engineering practices have proved that the composite geomembrane has good impermeability and the ability to adapt to deformation, can withstand different construction conditions and working stress, and has good aging resistance.

 

The composite geomembrane is divided into one cloth and one membrane and two cloths and one membrane, with a width of 4-6m, a weight of 200-1500g/m2, and high physical and mechanical properties such as tensile resistance, tear resistance, and top breaking, which can meet the needs of civil engineering such as water conservancy, municipal, construction, transportation, subway, and tunnel. Due to the selection of polymer materials and the addition of anti-aging agents in the production process, it can be used in unconventional temperature environments.
